Cecilia joined Campion Hruby after having earned her Bachelors in Landscape Architecture with a minor in Sustainability from the University of Maryland. An internship at a public garden boosted her interest in the intricacies of planting design. Traveling globally inspires her to learn from master gardens embedded with history; her favorite inspirations derive from intentional minimalism of Japanese gardens and the rich history of Māori culture in New Zealand. Seeing a newly planted garden bring delight to its patrons also brings her joy. Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys being outdoors with a sketchbook in hand.
