Colin McCann, PLA

Colin joins CHLA with extensive experience in landscape architectural design and project management. He has led a wide range of projects from waterfront estate homes to elaborate country club facilities, in addition to prominent urban parks and historic gardens. Originally from the Eastern Shore, Colin sketched the work of Frank Lloyd Wright from a young age, intrigued by Wright’s ability to derive his creations from the surrounding landscape. Following these interests, he earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech. After graduation, he practiced in South Florida for several years, before returning to his home state of Maryland. Colin has a passion for enhancing people’s lives through design. When not at the office, he enjoys working on his golf game or traveling with his wife, Katie, while gathering inspiration for his future projects.
