Nick’s interest in landscape design comes from growing up on a rural farm on the eastern shore of Maryland. Spending his summers working on the Chesapeake Bay, he holds a passion for designing sustainable and distinctive landscapes. His ability to create unique spaces is enhanced by his extensive travels through Europe and Central America. Nick holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Thomas Jefferson University and began his professional career at Oehme, van Sweden & Associates in Washington, D.C., working on projects such as the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial and numerous private gardens. He lives along the Chester River on Maryland’s eastern shore and spends his free time cooking, snowboarding, and traveling.
