Devin Tilley

After earning his Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture with a minor in Regional and Community Planning from Kansas State University, Devin is eager to bring his passion for design to the CHLA team. He was drawn to the field for its unique ability to shape environments that connect people to both place and one another, while balancing ecological responsibility and creative expression. During his time at Kansas State, Devin explored the intersection of stormwater management design and human well-being to create healthy and resilient communities. Outside of work, Devin enjoys attending concerts and live music events, exploring the nearby cities, and pursuing his interest in digital and film photography.
