Steve Makrinos, PLA, ASLA

Steve was drawn to garden design for its cross-pollination of arts and sciences and for opportunities to craft dramatic living backdrops for modern families. By fusing an acuity for architectural detailing with a keen environmental ethic, Steve creates gardens that are precise in their attention, yet saturated with natural patterns. Steve began his career at CHLA after receiving a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Pennsylvania State University. He enjoys spending his free time cooking and hiking with his wife and two children.
